Good to know
The charter price includes the rental of the yacht and its equipment. The mandatory Comfort Package (€600) is already included in the final price we calculate for you. It covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, a dinghy with outboard engine, and basic bathroom and kitchen essentials. Optional extras (captain, hostess / cook, water toys) are charged separately.
When you reserve the boat, we place a short option on your offer (usually up to 7 days of invoice). The first payment (typically 50% of the charter total; see your offer) is due within that option to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before check-in when applicable. Payments can be made via IBAN transfer, credit card, PayPal, or cryptocurrency.
A refundable security deposit covers potential damage. Bareboat charters are usually EUR 3,000 as cash or a card hold. Crewed charters usually have no hold; unintentional liability is still capped at EUR 3,000 unless your offer says otherwise. You can register a card in your client portal; we place a temporary card hold when a deposit applies. If there is no damage, the hold is released after the charter.
Cancellation fees: - 50% of the total amount after the booking is confirmed (first payment received) is non-refundable. - 100% of the total amount for cancellations less than 30 days before the accommodation period. Free cancellation applies only in case of officially recognized force majeure events that prevent service delivery. If you or we find a replacement group, a date change is free of charge, subject to the applicable price list.
Yes. For bareboat charters, you need a valid sailing license recognized in the sailing area (e.g. a VHF license in Croatia). If you do not have a license, we can arrange a professional captain.
Friday check-ins help you avoid marina crowds and get a head start on your trip. Being one day ahead means quieter bays, restaurants, and marinas. It's a real game changer, as around 99% of charters start on Saturday.
